Portside is 35 storey office tower which stands over 130m high on the Cape Town foreshore. With approximately R1b construction cost and an overall build area of 114,547m2, it was developed for First Rand and Old Mutual and has a 5 Star Green Star As-Built rating.

The LH Consulting team started the project whilst still employed by WSP and then from 2013 completed the project on behalf of WSP as LH Consulting.

LH Consulting was responsible for both the structural design and façade consultancy on the Portside building.
