Set in the heart of the Kruger National Park, the Lembombo and Ebony lodges were upgraded, renovated and extended in a remote and ecologically sensitive environment.

Work had to be fast-tracked to fit in with Singita’s booking schedule, and despite the procurement challenges, the projects were delivered successfully and on time.

Where possible, local materials were used, including Ironwood tree trunks as vertical supports for the roof on the verandah. 

LH Consulting were the structural engineers for the alterations and additions to both lodges.
