358 Victoria Road, Currently the home to ‘’2U’’, is an 18000m2 commercial office building located in Cape Town’s Salt River. A project delivered for Swish property Group which was completed in 2021.

LH Consulting were the Structural and Façade Engineers on the project which was developed with a focus on delivering a comfort-designed building envelope, a key aspect of which is the façade systems.

Another unique aspect of the comfort design was the water pipes embedded within the concrete slabs to assist with heating and cooling.
